After calving, cows have a high calcium requirement due to the start of milk production. Subclinical milk fever occurs in about 75% of older cows (from the 3rd lactation) and is often underestimated.

Topro Calcium-P Liquid

Calcium-P Liquid is a liquid drink and an oral alternative for administering calcium. It contains 50 g of pure, rapidly absorbable calcium. Phosphorus has also been added, an important factor for calcium balance.

It also contains L-lysine, which contributes to the absorption of calcium and supports the immune system through the formation of antibodies. Finally, vitamin D3 has been added as an essential part of calcium metabolism.

Dosage

• Dairy cows: 500 ml per animal
• Dairy goats and sheep: 50 ml per animal

Administer 1 dose of Calcium-P Liquid within 24 hours before calving or directly after calving. If necessary, administer a second dose 12 to 24 hours after calving.

Calcium-P- Liquid is easy to administer with a drench gun. Shake well before use.
