Topro Cobalt drench is a complementary feed to be used in case of cobalt deficiency in sheep and cattle. The Topro cobalt drench is a product that restores a cobalt shortage.
The Topro Cobalt drench is a mixture of glycerol and propylene glycol. Most important feature is the addition of adequate amounts of cobalt and Vitamin B12, to counteract a lack of cobalt. The product also contains additional trace elements and vitamins, like niacin, selenium and Vitamins B1, B6, D3 and E.
Application by means of a drench gun allows direct supply of cobalt and other components in the rumen. In the rumen, microbes use cobalt for the synthesis of Vitamin B12 and other B Vitamins.
