It bonds strongly, gives you a practical working time and has a high viscosity, which makes it suitable for both professional hoof trimmers and farmers who fit claw blocks themselves.<\/p>\n<p>The working time is about <strong>10-20 seconds<\/strong>, and after at least <strong>4 minutes<\/strong> the block can take full weight. The glue is thicker than many traditional claw glues, so it runs off less and fills gaps between claw and block well.<\/p>\n<p>You do <strong>not need a heat gun<\/strong>. For good adhesion, claw and block must be clean and dry. Too much heat speeds up the reaction and weakens the bond.<\/p>\n<p>Store and use Fix Blue at <strong>0 to 23 \u00b0C<\/strong>. Outside that range we advise a climate box. The glue may be used <strong>without a certificate<\/strong> and carries <strong>no H351 hazard statement<\/strong>.<\/p>\n<h3>Advantages of Fix Blue<\/h3>\n<ul>\n<li>Strong, reliable bond<\/li>\n<li>Working time 10-20 seconds<\/li>\n<li>Bears full weight after 4 minutes<\/li>\n<li>High viscosity: runs off less<\/li>\n<li>Fills unevenness well<\/li>\n<li>No heat gun needed<\/li>\n<li>No H351 hazard statement<\/li>\n<li>Can be used without a certificate<\/li>\n<li>For professional use on cattle farms<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<h3>How to use Fix Blue<\/h3>\n<ol>\n<li><strong>Storage and use<\/strong><br \/> Store and use Fix Blue at <strong>0 to 23 \u00b0C<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Prepare the claw<\/strong><br \/> Clean the claw and dry it well.<br \/> <strong>Do not use a heat gun.<\/strong><\/li>\n<li><strong>Insert the cartridge<\/strong><br \/> Put the cartridge into a suitable dispensing gun.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Open the cartridge<\/strong><br \/> Unscrew the locking ring and remove the cap.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Level the components<\/strong><br \/> Press out a little glue until it comes from <strong>both compartments<\/strong>. Discard this unmixed glue.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Fit the mixing tip<\/strong><br \/> Fit the original <strong>Quadro mixing tip MFQ8.7-24 (15.5 cm)<\/strong>, put the locking ring back and tighten it.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Apply the glue<\/strong><br \/> Spread the glue evenly on the block or on the claw.<br \/> <strong>Note:<\/strong> do not apply the glue in several layers.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Place the block and press firmly<\/strong><br \/> Put the block on the claw straight away and press it on <strong>firmly<\/strong>, so the glue fills the unevenness of the claw and the grooves in the block. Keep a glue layer of about <strong>3 mm<\/strong> between claw and block.<br \/> Applying the glue and positioning the block must take no more than <strong>10-20 seconds<\/strong>.<\/li>\n<li><strong>Let it cure<\/strong><br \/> Do not touch the block after placing it.
