Topro Magnesium bolus is a dietic mineral feed to reduce the risk of tetany (hypomagnesemia or head disease). The dietic mineral feed comes in the form of a bolus and is only suitable for oral administration.<\/p>\n

Magnesium bolus prevents magnesium deficiency!<\/span><\/h3>\n

In a longer period of time with a magnesium deficiency, head disease can develop. This can occur with a ration that consists mainly of grass with (too) little magnesium: mainly with young grass in the spring. Entering this bolus provides the animal’s daily magnesium requirement for a period of 1 month.<\/p>\n

Dosage Magnesium bolus<\/span><\/h3>\n
    \n
  • Enter 2 boluses at once<\/li>\n
  • If necessary, another 2 boluses can be given 1 month later<\/li>\n
  • Do not administer to cattle below 250 kg<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n

    Instructions for administration<\/span><\/h3>\n
      \n
    • Administer with a suitable bolus shooter<\/li>\n
    • Before use, it is recommended to seek the advice of a veterinarian or feed expert regarding:
      \n1. the balance of the trace elements in the daily ration
      \n2. the status of the herd with regard to trace elements<\/li>\n
    • To increase the density, the bolus contains 16% inert iron, if applicable<\/li>\n
